Dr.

Kishore Vaangal, born on the Ninth of August, 1964, and a proud Citizen of the
Republic of India, is quintessentially a humanist and a compassionate capitalist, and in
his capacity as an entrepreneur, governance evangelist, scholar, thought leader,
economist, and ethicist, he indeed has several feathers to his cap – publications,
prestigious global recognitions apropos eventuating on perceptive scholarship and
perceptive mercantilism and he has several advanced accreditations to his credit from
some of the most prestigious global institutions. Dr. Vaangal, as a Governance
Evangelist, has done some seminal research in the areas of international corporate,
economic, and entrepreneurial governance (special focus on the SME verticals), and
with certitude, it could be stated that his perceptive scholastic work has contributed
enormously to the cause of establishing egalitarian ways. His research findings and
exposure to areas such as International corporate studies/development, evolving
stakeholder approaches, inclusive growth, ethical studies, transnational negotiating
strategies, monitoring methodology, studies in corporate jurisprudence, and in
researching on appropriate governance processes have been put to very good use. In
fact, at the present time, his perceptive skills are being put to very beneficial use as we
face an uncertain economic future, and for the record, Dr. Vaangal has done extensive
research in the mergers and acquisitions domain-centric to the food, oil, and gas,
infrastructure and defense industries – four industrial verticals that are at the very
epicenter of global economic and security issues. In addition, he is a Fellow Member
or Member of various iconic professional institutes world over (like the Chartered
Management Institute (UK), the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, the Royal
Society of Arts et al, and the process of being made a member or a fellow is so
rigorous that only outstanding scholars & Professionals are even considered, and even
after being considered for membership, to be made a fellow, all the committee
members have to be in agreement with reference to the extraordinary capabilities of
the individual concerned. Dr. Vaangal’s exposure as a strategic entrepreneur and
governance professional spans three decades and over the years he has also astutely
advised entities globally in the dynamics of emerging markets and in evolving
perspicacious strategic initiatives. In so far as his brand of entrepreneurship goes, the
catchphrase has always been on empowering the weaker sections of society, and with
reference to his role as a governance evangelist, the catchphrase has always been on
upholding pristine CSR initiatives and providing for inclusive growth. Centric to the
same, a recent publishing initiative of his, in a highly complex area of corporate
governance law centered on “Effectuating Acquisition Initiatives”, has received
worldwide adulation, and the work is considered to be a seminal piece of literature
insofar as mergers and acquisitions in the global oil and gas industry are concerned.
This decisive research initiative titled „ Empowering Stakeholderism‟ is simply put
best explicated as follows: “It is a key work in the area of jurisprudence as it is a
classic work set in the Hobbesian concept of social contract law and the scholarly
work is heuristic by nature and embodies much of John Rawls‟ precept: that a Theory
of Justice seen from the point of view of the utilitarianism gives a coequal role to
common sense precept of justice and to notions of natural right. John Rawls in his
theory of justice had proposed that “a most natural way of arriving at utilitarianism is
to adopt for society as a whole the principle of rational choice based on fairness and
justice. Likewise, Dr. Vaangal’s work has utilized his profound theory as bedrock to
showcase seminal issues in corporate governance, economic analysis, environmental
jurisprudence, energy security and CSR theories." As an addendum, Dr. Vaangal has
also engaged in a high-level cognitive exercise under the aegis of an International
Institution and the title of the research per se is “The Future isn’t what it used to be –
The road ahead in the battle against maritime terrorism. The seminal work is centered
on elementally examining the contours of civil liability in the aftermath of sub-aquatic
terrorism – maritime terrorism affecting the planet, people and profits. In short, Dr.
Vaangal truly believes in fostering inclusive growth, promoting compassionate
capitalism, advancing pristine ecological causes/sustainable development, advocating
human rights, and in zealously crusading for a peaceful and equitable global order. As
a matter of fact, his publication titled “Governance through the Eyes of Faith and
Fortitude” is all about utilizing the seminal strategies as espoused by the Bhagavad
Gita to meet the extenuating circumstances of the present. This assumes seminal
signification simply because he has had to face a plethora of adversities and multiple
failures as well due to systemic issues, and out of those very adversities and
challenges, the publication emerged.

Suffice to state, he is committed to upholding the enlightened wisdom of the

Bhagavad Gita in all his forays – Entrepreneurship, Governance & Scholarship –
Enlightened & Evolved SERVANT Leadership (Approaches based on Zero-tolerance
to Corruption and Cronyism), and he features in the Who’s Who of the World. Above
all, all of his endeavors are characterized by pristine ethical underpinnings.
