Berhubung dengan perkara dan rujuk di atas, Cawangan Kejuruteraan selaku AFMACE bersama-sama pihak Zetro Services Sdn Bhd (ZSSB) telah melaksanakan Load Test dan FAT kali kedua ke atas UPS 40 KVA di Bilik Equioment Cawangan Operasi PU Labuan pada 30 Ogos 22 2. _ Untuk makiuman pihak tuan, hasil keputusan Load Test berkenaan adalah lulus mengikut Test Protocol yang disediakan seperti di Rujuk A. Namun begitu terdapat kerosakan lain yang perlu diambil_tindakan oleh pihak ZSSB iaity berhubung Backcounting Time dan Capacity Percentage Indicator seperti di Kembaran A. Memandangkan spesifikasi ini mengkehendaki UPS untuk bertahan sekurang- kurangnya 30 minit seperti yang dinyatakan di Rujuk B, Backcounting Time dan Capacity Percentage Indicator juga perlu beroperasi selari dengan masa yang telah ditetapkan iaitu 30 minit bagi memastikan data yang betul diterima dari segi baki masa serta peratus kapasiti yang tinggal pada screen display UPS. 3. _Selain itu, pihak Cawangan Kejuruteraan mengambil maklum berhubung Perbezaan jenama UPS yang dipasang di Bilik Equipment Cawangan Operasi Jenama asal yang dimohon adalah dari jenis Galleon Pro Il 40K (40kva) seperti yang dinyatakan di Rujuk C tetapi model yang dipasang adalah jenis Vertiv EX3340KL Walaubagaimanapun pihak Cawangan Kejuruteraan berpendapat bahawa pihak ZSSB periu memastikan spesifikasi UPS jenis Vertiv tersebut mencapai prestasi yang sama atau lebih dengan jenama Galleon Pro Il 40K (40kva) bagi memenuhi keperluan dan kehendak pihak TUDM. 1 TERHADTERHAD 4. Lanjutan daripada itu juga, pinak Cawangan Kejuruteraan berharap agar pihak tuan dapat menyediakan manual yang bertepatan dengan model yang digunakan kerana wujud kekeliruan apabila model yang dipasang adalah dari Vertiv EX3340KL namun manual yang digunakan adalah bagi model Vertiv EX3340KS seperti di Kembaran B. Sebarang penjelasan dari pihak ZSSB ke atas perkara ini adalah dialu- alukan oleh pihak Cawangan Kejuruteraan bagi mempermudahkan proses FAT ke atas UPS ini 5. Setelah dipertimbangkan dengan mengambil kira kesemua perkara di atas, pihak Cawangan Kejuruteraan PU Labuan mencadangkan agar FAT kali ketiga periu dilaksanakan bagi memastikan bahawa pihak TUDM menerima satu sistem yang serviceable secara menyeluruh agar tiada sebarang permasalahan yang akan timbul di kemudian hari 6. _Sekian untuk perhatian dan tindakan pihak tuan selanjutnya.
