These events offer a variety of activities, such as workshops, talks, exhibitions, markets, and campaigns, that showcase eco-friendly products, services, and initiatives. SLIDE3: giới thiệu về hoạt động So how can we plan for our own Go Green Weekend? Here are some steps that our group has taken noted for our weekend. One way to reduce our carbon footprint is that our group plan to collect recycled or natural materials to create various crafts such as jewelry, candles or ornaments. As this activity can helps reduce waste, save money, and express creativity. We will also sell or donate our crafts to create greener environment and help reach the people who need these items. Another way to reduce our carbon footprint is that we should choose organic and local foods that are in season, and avoid red meat and packaging food product. For example, we can eat more plant-based foods and less meat and dairy, which are responsible for 14.5% of global emissions. Futhermore, our group plan to use less energy. We can switch to renewable energy sources, such as solar, wind, or hydro power, which do not create greenhouse gases. We can also use less water, by taking shorter showers, fixing leaks, and installing low-flow tap. A third way to reduce our carbon footprint during the Go Green Weekend is to change our transportation habits. We can avoid driving and flying as much as possible, and using public transport, biking, or walking instead. These modes of transport are cheaper, healthier, and more eco-friendly. In conclusion, reducing our carbon footprint is not only a responsibility, but also an opportunity. As this action can help raise people awareness, educate teenager on how to save the environment, save money, improve our health, and enjoy a better quality of life.
