1. The Court system is so important to the U.S.

legal system because in America, there are


so many different laws and so many people, many different scenarios occur and the
court helps us determine the outcome.
2. Most Americans are likely to interact with the state, because federal cases are only ever
super important when they turn to constitutional cases.
3. The US supreme court has the power to determine if a law is constitutional or not, and
can establish new laws to replace the old, unconstitutional laws.
4. I think judges should be elected. I am against lifetime appointments of judges because
judges will have lifetime jobs and this won't balance the court because the judge will
form bias over time.

I would probably find the defendant not guilty. First and foremost the defendant has
residence in the state of Florida and has a valid medical Marijuana license. For seconds,
he had not consumed any and the only thing the state/prosecutor had against him was
the smell in the car. The state also has no evidence that he planned to distribute it.
