Job Responsibility:
➢ Independent Communication with both Buyer & the Supplier.
➢ Ensure emails answered on a daily basis and enhance support to customers.
➢ Costing and negotiation prices with the Buyer & supplier.
➢ Follow up on the development of the product/ Samples.
➢ Follow up Production until it is ready to ship.
➢ Follow up on the development of Trims & Accessories in accordance with the needs
of the buyer.
➢ WIP (work in progress) & critical path(CP) are updated on a daily basis.
➢ Prepare the contract, as well as any other paperwork that may be required, once
the order has been placed.
➢ Before handing over the production team, double check the QA/Production file.
 ➢ Create a time & action calendar (TNA).
➢ Assist the Manager with any pressing matters.
