IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

This appointment is for biometrics collection at the Canadian Biometric Operations Centre at Global
Expo Warsaw. Details for transportation and location are below. This appointment is only for
biometrics collection. No visa services or visa counselling will be available during your appointment.

You must do the following to be granted entry to the office:

1. Present yourself at the address no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled interview time.
You must have your own medical face mask and you must wear it while inside the centre. Keep
it on until an official tells you that you can remove it (eg. to verify your identity or take your
photograph).
2. When you arrive find the sign that tells you where to wait for screening. Have your documents
ready (see below).
3. Security personnel will greet you. They will ask you for your name and appointment time and
confirm that you are on the confirmed appointment list.
4. Have all of the following ready to show:
-Printed copy of this letter to confirm that you have an appointment at this location.
-Biometrics Instruction Letter (BIL) from IRCC.
-Travel Document (eg. passport).

IMPORTANT: Information about additional visitors:

For security reasons, no individual will be admitted to the centre unless they are on the approved
appointments list. Please do not bring friends or family members with you to your appointment, unless
they have their own Canadian visa application and biometrics appointment.

Access by car/on foot: Enter through the main gate and proceed to the end of the parking lot. There
you will find the main entrance to the Canadian Biometric Operations Centre. Parking spaces are
available.
INSTRUCTIONS IMPORTANTES RELATIVES A VOTRE RENDEZ-VOUS

Le rendez-vous est réservé pour la collecte de la biométrie, qui aura lieu au Centre Canadien des
Opérations Biométriques à Global Expo Varsovie. Les détails relatifs à l’adresse ainsi qu’au transport
sont indiqués en dessous. Le rendez-vous est uniquement pour la collecte de la biométrie. Aucun service
de visa ou de consultation ne seront offerts ou disponible durant votre rendez-vous.

Vous devez suivre les étapes suivantes pour être admis au bureau :

1- Arrivez 30 minutes maximum préalablement à votre entrevue, muni d’un masque médical, que
vous devez porter durant votre visite dans le Centre des Opérations. Vous devez le garder en tout
temps sauf si l’agent vous autorise à l’enlever, par exemple ; afin de vérifier votre identité ou
prendre votre photo.

2- À votre arrivée, trouvez le panneau qui vous indique où attendre pour les mesures de contrôle.
Préparez vos documents (voir ci-dessous).

3- Le personnel de sécurité vous accueillera. Ils vous demanderont votre nom et l'heure de votre
rendez-vous et confirmeront que vous êtes sur la liste des rendez-vous confirmés.

4- Ayez en main les documents suivants afin de les présenter à l’entrée :

- Copie imprimée de votre preuve de rendez-vous au Centre des Operations.

- Copie imprimée de la lettre d’instructions pour la collecte des données biométriques qui
vous a été envoyée par IRCC.
- Document de voyage (exemple : passeport)

IMPORTANT: Information pour les visiteurs accompagnants

Pour des mesures de sécurité, aucune personne ne sera admise au Centre des Opérations, à moins que
leurs noms soient mentionnés sur la liste des rendez-vous confirmés. Nous vous prions de ne pas être
accompagné d’amis ou de membres de la famille au Centre des Opérations, qui n’ont pas soumis de
demande de visa et qui n’ont pas de rendez-vous pour la collecte de la biométrie.

Ваша зустріч назначена для фіксації біометричних даних в Канадському центрі операцій з
біометрії, який розташований на території Глобаль Експо у Варшаві. Нижче ви знайдете
інформацію про те, як добратися до нас та про наше місцезнаходження. Зверніть увагу, що зустріч
призначена виключно для здачі біометричних даних. Під час вашої зустрічі не надаватимуться
ніякі візові послуги та поради.

Необхідно зробити наступне для входу у центр:

1. Прибудьте до нас не раніше ніж за 30 хвилин до терміну, на який призначена ваша зустріч.
Візьміть з собою медичну маску, оскільки перебування в центрі дозволяється лише при
наявності маски. Носіть маску поки урядовець не попросить вас зняти її (наприклад для
підтвердження особи або виконання фотографії).
2. Коли приїдете, дивіться знак, який вкаже вам де ви повинні очікувати перевірки.
Приготуйте документи (дивіться нижче).
3. Вас зустрінуть охоронці. Вони запитають про ваше ім’я та прізвище, а також годину вашої
зустрічі та підтвердять що знаходитесь в списку клієнтів, яким призначено зустрічі.
4. Тримайте наступні документи напоготові:
-Роздруковану копію цього листа для підтвердження призначеної зустрічі в цьому місці.
-Biometric Instruction Letter (BIL), який ви отримали від IRCC.
-Проїзний документ (наприклад паспорт).

ВАЖЛИВО: Інформація про супроводжуючі особи:

З міркувань безпеки, особи, яких імена та прізвища не згадані в списку призначених зустрічей, не
зможуть увійти у центр. Будь ласка, не приходьте у центр з друзями або членами сім’ї , якщо в них
немає власних заяв на візи до Канади та призначених зустрічей для здачі біометричних даних.
