Dear opponent.

“A women is someone who stands behind a man just like the sun stands
behind the moon”
Effective communication is the core stone of successful administration as it foster
teamwork and resolves conflicts and ensures that goals and objectives are clearly
understood by all stakeholders. Moreover, empathy is another strength that women
bring to the table. Empathy is essential for understanding needs and concerns of clients,
employees and community at large. It’s a quality that fosters trusts, encourages
collaboration and supportive work environment.
In the end, I would like to tell my opponent that all their assumptions about the women’s
administration are wrong. I would like to conclude my speech by saying that “Women
play the key role in the progress of any country”
 “Success lies in hard work or faith”
In the name of Allah most Benevolent and most Merciful
Respected Principal, teachers and my fellows Assalam O Allaikum. Today I have given the
opportunity to talk on the topic:
Success lies in the hard work
It is an old saying: “If you want to shine like a sun, First burn like a sun”
Hard work is the key to success is a statement that has been said to us over and over
again and it may be commonly used in workplaces or schools. Team leaders, managers,
coaches, teachers and parents are most likely to use the statement than other people.
Hard work is the most important key to success. Achievements without hard work are
impossible. An idle person can never gain anything if they sit and wait for a better
opportunity to come. The person who is working hard is able to gain success and
happiness in life. Nothing is easy to be achieved in life without doing any hard work. A
popular saying about hard work is:
“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance learning, studying, sacrifice and
most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do”
Failures are sometimes a part of the journey to the success but in the end of the day, it is
all about how hard you have worked on the right thing and this will get you closer to your
goal.
An idle person depends too much on chance. He thinks that some miracle will happen and
he will become rich and prosperous. But this is not possible without hard work.
All great men of the world were very hard working persons. By hard work, man and the
country make progress. Seventy years ago, Japan was a backward country. Today Japan is
one the most prosperous countries of the world. This prosperity has been possible by
means of hard work. We should all therefore work hard to achieve success.
It is a wrong to say that no one can achieve success and fame without labour.

According to Webster’s fate is a power that is believed to control what happens in the
future.
With consistent hard work and commitment, one can beat the talent and become
successful. The luck is always on the side of hard working. It is very old saying that “God
helps those who help themselves”. The hard working people are always favoured by God.
As it is stated in the Quran
‫َلْی َس ِلِال ْن َس اَن ِاَّال َم ا َس ٰع ی‬
“That man can have nothing but what he strives for”.

Now women have moved ahead to business administration with a great level of success.
They are intelligent, imaginative with excellent communication skills and high level of
adaptability. They are better administrators than man you know why?
Okay! I can give you a number of reasons, do you know what it is the nature of the role of
an administrator?
Yes! To support colleagues and projects rather than to take the lead on projects.
This is the point where men loss the role as a better administrator rather than women
because they mostly try to take the lead on projects. Whereas women always support
colleagues on projects.

‫قائم اسی عورت سے محبت کی فضا ہے‬

‫عورت کی عطا دراصل احساِن خدا ہے‬
Similarly women are best at multitasking and taking many jobs at once but men lack the
ability to focus on many things at once.
Honourable judges, another important part of any administrators role is being able to be
social. And women are always being seen as more social than men, women find it easier
to chat to get to know other people and to be personable and friendly.
My fellows the bravery of an administrative female, a successful trader, a sincere wife, a
wise and trustworthy companion is presented us from our Islamic history and the superb
character of Umm-ul-Momineen Hazrat Khadija (R.A). she is the first Holy wife of our
beloved prophet of Allah, Hazrat Mohammad ‫ ﷺ‬and showed that women can lead the
nation to their progressive and pious way to their fellow beings.

In the end I appreciate women as better administrators than men and pray for their soveinarity.
