RAW MILL FEEDING:

In raw mill feed section there are five nos. of hoppers having different
storage capacity & weigh feeders for each hopper. Various types of
Raw Materials to produce Raw Meal are stored in respective raw
hoppers & they feed to raw mill in required composition by dosimat
feeders.

Dosimat feeders are variable RPM feeders, which can control feed as
per RPM. As per percentage of different raw materials the RPM of
feeder increases to compensate the required TPH of respective raw
materials.

Normally, percentage of Raw Material Vary as following

Limestone 60 to 80%
Clay 20 to 40%
Blue dust 0.7 to 1.2%

Materials after getting extracted from respective bins are discharged

to raw mix reversible belt. This belt again discharges the material to
Raw mill feeding belt which feed the mixture of material to raw mill.
