    BLOOD BANK: ISSUE OF BLOOD AND BLOOD PRODUCTS

    1. Please refer our circular no.: MS/CIRCULAR/2023/65 dated


    13/10/2023 on the subject.

    2. With immediate effect all blood and blood products (routine


    / in all emergencies) wiil only be issued to resident doctors
    physically by the resident doctor posted in blood bank.

    3. Request should be filled on dispatch form at the time of


    issuing Blood and Blood products by the Resident Doctor of the
    concern requesting department.

    4. The existing procedure of utilizing paramedical staff /


    attendants of moving dispatch form, to between blood &<;JJ
    bank and requesting department will ~ .
