Basic Dental Degree
Certified copy of basic dental degree certificate if name does not appear on current UK Dental
Register. If the College already has a copy of your degree certificate from a previous examination
application then you are not required to resend this.

Certified confirmation of 3 years' approved training (2 years minimum for

Certified Part A) that you will have completed a period of 3 years full-time (or part-time
equivalent) in appropriate approved posts, courses and programmes of training. Candidates may,
however, enter themselves for the Part A Examination after two years (or part-time equivalent)
