Hi!
Thank you for attending the PHILRES Pre Week Review where I was one
of the resource persons on the subject of Appraisal.

Here are some notes for you considering that the exam date is already very
close, April 16, 2023.

1. Stop all hard review by Friday noon, no more attempts to memorize

or study something new. Maybe light readings can be allowed. You
will gain more by resting mentally and physically. Never mind the little
things you missed to study. Galing lang yun sa Claro M Recto or
Paredes.
2. Saturday, No more readings. Maybe go to the Mall, relax as best as
you can. Try to forget the exam. Sleep early as you need to wake up
early on Sunday.
3. For the subject of Appraisal, you already studied this in your college
days and review recently with your review provider. I will not attempt
to bring in new topics in appraisal as the time is too limited and by
doing so may create more harm than good.
4. As for the study material and handouts, you already have a lot. No
amount of additional material will help you at this time. What we need
to do this Tuesday Wednesday and Thurday is go to specific topic
just like what I did last Monday nigh at PHILRES Zoom review.So
email your concerns to me now.
5. As for the problems, even those problems solving in other subjects,
do not worry about them. Those problems that you can solve will not
make you fail if you have studied well your terminologies. So simply
 focus on terminologies, situations and enumeration. Forget the hows.
We can do the easy problems. The difficult ones? Never mind, they
are not worth you time anymore at this moment.
6. Again, let us go specific. Email me back your specific concerns
including problems and I will try to answer or explain them.
