LPAS-2807 Revised Bulletin reported to be distributed externally and not internally first

Precondition :
1. Create and Publish a bulletin and follow the below steps before the
bulletin is externally published
1. Login to Salesforce Service Cloud as an "A&N Bulletin Author"

2. Navigate to "Bulletin" and select the bulletin created.
Create first revision of the bulletin:

3. On the top right of the bulletin click on the "Revision" button
Note: The revision for the bulletin has to be created before the previous
bulletin is externally published.
4. Click on "Confirm"
5. Verify that the parent bulletin's status is changed to "Inavlid" and the
revision bulletin has been created with exact same data (Delay in hours, ID list,
ED list and Products).
Note: A newly created revision of any bulletin should be treated as the main
bulletin itself and it has to go through exact same steps before being
published.
6. Process the Revision bulletin(-R1) further by submititng it for approval and
approving it using "Ericsson Bulleting Approver" account
Create second and third revision(-R2 and -R3) of the Bulletin:(Follow step 2 -
step 6)
7. Verify every time a revision bulletin is created the parent bulletin should
become invalid.
8. Approve and publish the third revision bulletin(-R3) and let it publish
internally and externally.
LPAS-5110 Internal user Preference Data setup

User info action(s)
Precondition :
1. Login to Heroku as an Internal user.
All Bulletin Types & ALL Products:

1. Select All the 'Bulletin types' active and 'All Products' selected on Heroku
2. Navigate to "User preference"(Old object) in Service Cloud and verify that all
the Bulletin types and All the Products in the list are marked true in the Email
checkbox.
All Bulletin Types & NO Products:
3. Update the user preference with All Bulletin types active but no products
selected on Heroku
4. Navigate to "User preference"(Old object) in Service Cloud and verify that all
the Five Bulletin types selected on Heroku are marked true in the Email
checkbox.
No products should be marked true in the Email checkbox as none of the

products were seelcted on Heroku.
Few Bulletin Types & Few Products:

5. Update user preference with only few the Bulletin types active and few
products selected on Heroku
6. Navigate to "User preference"(Old object) in Service Cloud and verify that

only the selected Bulletin typesand Products are marked true in the Email
checkbox.
Unsubscribe all Bulletin Types & try to add All Products:
7. Update the user preference with none of the Bulletin types active and all

none of the Bulletin types and Products are marked true in the Email
checkbox.

2. The list of all Bulletin Settings and Product settings records are
displayed for the filtered user.
3. A confirmation pops up asking, "This action will invalidate the

current bulletin and create a new Revision. Are you sure you want
to proceed?".
4. A revision of the Bulletin is created with "-R1" added at the end
of Issue id under "Issue" field.
5. All the data of the revision bulletin should match with the
parent bulletin. And the bulletin is set to "Draft" status.
6. The Bulletin is approved and published internally.

7. The second revision bulletin(-R2) is created and the the first
revision buletin(-R1) becomes invalid.
Secon revision bulletin(-R2) also becomes invallid when third
revision(-R3) is created.
8. Verify that the bulletin should publish Internally first and then
externally.
1. In The service cloud under "Internal user preferences" below

records should be created .
a. 5 Bulletin Setting records
b. 1 Product setting record with 'All Products' checkbox set to
TRUE
2. The "User Preferences"(Old product) must have all the
