SEARCH WARRANT

TO ANY PEACE OFFICER:

It appearing to the satisfaction of the undersigned after examining under

oath, the applicant ANNI BATUMBAKAL and her witness, that there is probable cause
to believe that a violation of Section 14, Article II of R.A 9165 otherwise known as The
Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 has been committed or is being
committed and that there are good and sufficient reasons to believe that MIKASA
ACKERMANN located at 0123 Purok Tindalo Brgy. 1 [as per attached Area
Sketch/Map (Exhibit J and series), Floor Plan (Exhibit O and series), and picture/s
(Exhibit Y and series)], have in his/their possession, control and custody at the
aforesaid premises DRUG PARAPHERNALIA, which they are keeping and concealing
in the premises described which should be seized and brought to the undersigned

The location of the premises to be searched is more particularly depicted in the

attached Area/Sketch/Map (Exhibit J and series), Floor Plan (Exhibit O and series),
and picture/s (Exhibit Y and series).

YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to make an immediate search of the

premises of respondent MIKASA ACKERMANN located at 0123 Purok Tindalo Brgy. 1
San Carlos City Negros Occidental [as per attached Area Sketch/Map (Exhibit J and
series), Floor Plan (Exhibit O and series), and picture/s (Exhibit Y and series)], at any
time of the day or night, to seize the above mentioned item/s, subject of the search and
to make a return of the same, within ten (10) days from today in order to be dealt with
in accordance with law. This warrant shall be valid for ten (10) days from its issuance.

GIVEN UNDER MY HAND AND SEAL OF THIS COURT, this 14 th day of
