Gas Anchor with Desander 150

DESCRIPTION

Gas Anchor with Desander is a special design, combining both gas anchor
and desander into one performant compact tool. Desander is run in the tubing
below a downhole pump. Production fluids enter the Desander through its inlet
slots. Centrifugal action created within the Desander sub separates solids such as
sand, scale, and iron sulphide from the fluids.
Gas Separator separate free gas from wellbore fluids prior to entering the
pump, eliminating many pump related problems such as gas locking, decreased
production rates and reduced efficiencies.
The Gas Anchor with Desander may be used below progressive cavity
type pumps and sucker rod pumps. The tool is built from high corrosive and
abrasive resistant materials, providing longer functionality life.

- all pipes AISI 304
- desander sleeve 50μm hard chrome
- desander swirl vanes 250μm WCCoCr
- all other parts are phosphated
