Test II- Experiential Test

Directions: Use your name as the representative, then you can use another character, who
would act as your customer. Moreover, you should provide feelings in every conversation, you
should consider it as it happens in reality. The conversation should be awesome and complete,
in short make it very clear through such interactions in the given scenario, make it interactive.

1. The customers corrected you inappropriately due to your incomprehensive and incomplete
explanation. As a Flight Attendant/Hotel Staff, you feel shy since the people stared and giggled
at you. When you utter the words, you mispronounce it due to your regional accent. That time,
the customer bullied you, if you were the FA/HS, what would you do?

office, to verify if it’s true or not. In front of her, you never revealed the truth, if you were one of
her friends, would you do the same?
