1. Make sure the detector is power on and working in WD-Acquire.

If it can’t be connected to router, it can also

be connected directly by following network cable, connect the other end of the cable to the router.

2. Set SID=130cm, fully open collimator, remove the detector grid, then install the 21mm aluminum plate on the
collimator if you have.
3. Open the generator cover, find HTCPU board and turn DIP4 on.

Open D:\ Hf50kW Service\GenertorService50kw.exe. Turn on the generator.

4. Open D:\iRay wifi 6030\iDetector.exe. The path maybe not D:\iRay wifi 6030, please search “iDetector” in D:\
 or copy the folder from detector DVD disk.

5. Click “Mars1717V3_1”, then click “Connect” button. The detector is connected when the following picture
appears.
6. Disable “Gain” and “Defect”
7. Click “Calibrate” button, then click “Start Generate Templates”
8. Click “Create Gain” button
9. Click “Start”
10. Then click “PREP”, expose by hand switch within the 10 seconds. Then click “Acquire” button immediately

after exposure.
11. Check the value in “Current Value” blank. If it’s 19800~22000, the dose is OK. Click “Accept” button.
12. If it’s not, change the parameters in the GenertorService50kw.exe. Then click “PREP”, expose and click
“Acquire” again. Here is the one which dose is not in the range as following:
13. If the Current Value is OK, click “Accept”, the first image is done. Click here to enable ”Download to FPD after

generation”
14. Repeat Step 9 and 10 for 4 times more. Then all 5 image is acquired. Click “Generate” button to finish the
calibration. Click “Download” button as following to save the Gain calibration file to detector. The previous

calibration file is replaced after that.

15. Enable the HWGain and HWDetect in Acquire menu. Test in WD-Acquire then.
16. Turn the DIP4 to off at the generator HTCPU board, test the imaging in WD-Acquire. If it’s a new installed

machine or new detector, please copy the folder work_dir from the same path of iDetector to D:\WD-
