Modified Oxford-Oregon Debate Guide

The document outlines a modified debate format that includes opening speeches from both sides, constructive speeches where each side presents arguments, periods of interpellation where the opposing side asks questions to challenge the arguments, additional constructive and rebuttal speeches if there are enough members on each team, and finally closing rebuttal speeches to summarize each side's position. The format aims to structure the debate to allow both sides to thoroughly present facts and arguments while also giving the opportunity to challenge the opposing position through questioning.
