Imax Adlabs – Topsline 1252

“TOPSLINE 1252” modeled on lines of 911, USA, is the first private operator in the world to have
started the Emergency Response Services (ERS) and first of its kind in India.

TOPSLINE is a subscription based emergency services catering to emergencies of various kinds


may be medial (cardiac, pregnancy, accident), act of nature (fire), and emergency rescue (flood
relief, treat to life). TOPSLINE Life brigades are equipped with hi tech life saving equipments and
the vehicle are up to the mark of an ICCU (Intensive Cardiac Care Unit) in terms of medical
emergency. We have tie ups with almost all of the hospitals and nursing homes in the city limits
across Mumbai for immediate medical attention and the crew is determined to assist the patient in
documentation at police stations and hospitals if required.

We intend to propose an association where in Imax Adlabs Cinemas can provide a value
additional emergency rescue service to their patrons in case of any emergency when they are
present at the venue.

Duration of association - 12 months.

Deliverables from TOPSLINE Services.


 Topsline facility covers the Imax Cinema at Wadala. This will include the patrons in the
cinema premise and the staff at the multiplex. 24 hrs x 7 days
 There will be no restriction on the number of times the service is utilized by Imax Cinema
during the period of the association.
 There will be no cost charged to Imax Cinema for any of the material used by Topsline
during an emergency.

Deliverables from Imax Cinemas.


 Topsline would be provided with avenues for branding in the multiplex premise as
follows.
a) Permission to distribute flyers in the multiplex premise to create awareness about the
subscription service offered.
b) Branding in the form of 2 standees 6ft x 3ft placed at mutually agreed location in the
lobby area.
c) Ticket Jackets distribution at the ticket counter.
d) Display of slide during the movie.

 12 voucher per customer (Buy one ticket and get one ticket free at PVR Multiplex).

Mileage derived by Imax Cinema: -


 Reach to the 2,50,000 Topsline customers across the city in form of the gift voucher.
 Reach to all the new subscribers enrolling for the Topsline service during the association.
 Discounted Topsline Facility cover for all their employees and patrons worth Rs. 18 lacs.

Terms & Conditions.

1. In case of an emergency call from the multiplex the response time will be 9 minutes for any
vehicle to report at the multiplex.
2. All the material required for branding and distribution will be printed and brought by Topsline
services.
3. To avoid hoax call and misunderstanding the emergency service will be available after a call
from a pre-determined number at the multiplex to the help line 1252.
4. The clauses mentioned the in following Annexure A and Annexure B would be binding on both
the parties during the period of the association.
Annexure A: Scope of the Services

 TOPSLINE will offer services at IMAX CINEMA premises on 24x7 basis for 365
days.

 The scope of emergency response service will be limited to IMAX CINEMA premises
only. In case of any service needed outside the premises, TOPSLINE will not be
responsible for rendering services.

 The service is only extended to the people in the said premises.

 During disaster at the premises, TOPSLINE will provide additional Life Brigades free of
cost.

 TOPSLINE will not be responsible for any loss or damage of property while undergoing
the rescue operations.

 The phone call for an emergency under this plan has to be routed through
IMAX CINEMA administrative office/ Security desk, as per mutual
agreement.

 TOPSLINE brigade will not be used as a hearse.

 A consent form has to be signed either by the patient’s relative or by the


representative of the IMAX CINEMA before loading the patient on the
brigade. TOPSLINE does not take any responsibility for the loss of life during
transit.

 IMAX CINEMA has agreed to take the emergency evacuation service totally
on its risk, of any nature, arising from the nature of service. The TOPSLINE
shall perform duty diligently, with best of his ability and shall protect the
interest of IMAX CINEMA to its best ability limited to the constraints on the
site."
Annexure B: Commercial Terms

 The TOPSLINE Operation Staff and IMAX CINEMA would mutually agree upon the
modalities of the functioning.

 Applicant(s) of the IMAX CINEMA FACILITIES COVER desiring to avail of the


TOPSLINE’s ERS needs to sign a master subscription form and declare therein that
IMAX CINEMA has agreed to abide by the terms and conditions laid down herein and all
laws, which are in force from time to time.

 The terms and conditions are subject to Force Majeure / Acts of God based on
circumstances beyond the power of SERVICE PROVIDER.

 When requested by TOPSLINE, IMAX CINEMA shall provide any information, records
relating to any legal matters that TOPSLINE deems necessary.

 The IMAX CINEMA and the IMAX CINEMA FACILITIES COVER members shall
indemnify and keep TOPSLINE indemnified during the pendency of the FACILIITIES
COVER agreement from and against any liabilities, claims costs and expenses including
court costs suffered/incurred towards any claim or action brought by a Third Party.

 The IMAX CINEMA is responsible for the correctness of information supplied to


TOPSLINE and TOPSLINE accepts no liability for the consequences arising out of
erroneous information supplied by the same.

 The IMAX CINEMA master member expressly authorizes TOPSLINE to disclose any
particulars and information deemed necessary for purposes relating to services covered
under ERS to government and other regulatory authorities as required by law.
