We would recommend that you arrive: + inthe vilage of Hohenschwangau at least 1,5 - 2 hours (Neuschwanstein Castle) / 1 hour (Hohenschwangau Castle) prior to your tour. ‘+ at the castle at least 10-15 minutes prior to your tour. ‘Inthe castle courtyard at least 5 minutes prior to your tour. Tickets are only valid on the date and at the time indicated on your ticket. In the event of a late arrival, you are not entitled to a later admission, compensation or reimbursement.
