2023 TEENS 3 ORAL EXAM GUIDELINES

The oral exam will be a one-to-one interview between a candidate and an examining
board or one examiner only. The exam will consist of two parts:

The first part will revolve around questions posed by the examiner as part of a
discussion on the topics presented in the course bibliography.

Students are expected to be able to

 Answer questions about themselves
 Make predictions
 Describe yourself and other people (personality, appearance, job)
 Talk about
o Regular activities
o Jobs
o Plans
o Music
o Films
o Past and recent events
o Life experiences
o Finished actions (already) and unfinished actions (yet)
o Memories
o Holidays

The second part will consist of a discussion with or questions posed by the examiner

about A Little Trouble in Amsterdam (plot, characters, opinion).
