Email Format Distorted in Discussions Threads in Manage

Symptoms

Users experience an Email Format Distorted in Discussions Threads in Manage where characters are out of lines
and long spaces in between.

Environment
Manage 2021.3 + Other versions of Manage

Cause
The contact on the ticket is using Thunderbird as the email which is an Open-Source and not Supported Email

Resolution

The user may be able to copy the text onto Notepad ++ or Notepad and Copy the text back to the discussion notes
to be able to read the message as a workaround and submit an Enhancement Request from this link.
