ACA traineeship | Information about the role

Introduction
Sayer Vincent is an audit and advisory firm working exclusively with charities and
social purpose organisations. Our objective is to play a positive role in developing and
maintaining a strong and resilient charity and social purpose sector. The sector is
wide and varied. It includes health & social care charities, international aid
organisations, think tanks, membership bodies, theatres, museums and more
besides. The one aspect that unites them is that they all play a role delivering social
impact. Supporting them to do that is what motivates each and every member of the
SV team. We deliver this objective through our services, as well as through the time
and resources we invest back into the sector. The way we work is as important to us
as the work we do. This includes commitments to audit quality, sustainability and
diversity.

We are looking for individuals seeking to become Chartered Accountants who are
committed to completing training for the internationally recognised ACA qualification
through the level 7 apprenticeship route. The 3-year training programme, which
includes studying towards professional exams and relevant work experience, will have
two intakes starting 8 January 2024 and at the beginning of March 2024.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside our expert colleagues and gain an
understanding of the key issues faced by the not-for-profit / social purpose sector
whilst making a real contribution with our clients. Since we take on a group of trainee
accountants every year, you will be a part of a supportive group of fellow trainees with
different levels of knowledge and experience.

You can find out more about our people and working at Sayer Vincent as a trainee on
our website.
