BETWEEN Mr. Manzoor Mustafa son of Abdul Hameed resident of Natt Kalan, PO Khas, Tehsil Wazirabad, District Gujranwala. Hereinafter called the “OWNER/LANDLORD”, AND Mr. Ahmad Farooq son of Tariq Ali resident of Mohallah Peer Abdullah, Ghakhar, Tehsil Wazirabad, District Gujranwala. Hereinafter referred to as the “TENANT”. WHEREAS the LANDLORD confirms that he being the OWNER is legally competent to rent out a HOUSE with all necessary electrical fittings and fixtures therein.
