TENANCY RENT AGREEMENT
THIS RENT AGREMEENT IS SIGNED AT GUJRANWALA, ON 20th DAY OF MAY
2021.
BETWEEN
Mr. Manzoor Mustafa son of Abdul Hameed resident of Natt Kalan, PO Khas, Tehsil
Wazirabad, District Gujranwala. Hereinafter called the “OWNER/LANDLORD”,
AND
Mr. Ahmad Farooq son of Tariq Ali resident of Mohallah Peer Abdullah, Ghakhar,
Tehsil Wazirabad, District Gujranwala. Hereinafter referred to as the “TENANT”.
WHEREAS the LANDLORD confirms that he being the OWNER is legally
competent to rent out a HOUSE with all necessary electrical fittings and fixtures
therein. AND WHEREAS the Owner has agreed to let and the Tenant has agreed to
take on rent the said “PREMISES”,
NOW THEREFORE THIS AGREEMENT IS WITNESSETH AS UNDER:-
1) That the rent of the above-stated House has been fixed as Rs. 90,000/-(Rupees
Ninety Thousand only) per month which will always be paid in advance
within 05-10% day of every month, against a receipt in writing of a receipt
thereof. Also a refundable Security Deposit of Rs. 250,000/— (Rupees Two
Lac Fifty thousand only) has been paid from the Second Party to first party
which is refundable at the time of vacation of the said House by the Second
Party adjusting therewith unpaid utility bills, unpaid monthly rent, etc., if any
2) That the term of agreement shall be for Five (5) Years. The tenancy shall
commence from 20-05-2021 and expiring on 19-05-2026.
3) That henceforth tenant shall pay regularly for tenancy period the bills of
electricity, gas, telephone, water, conservancy and maintenance charges and
each month Tenant shall deliver to the owner photocopies of such paid bills.

circumstances,5) That the Tenant shall make good any damage to the said premises caused by
the negligence of the Tenant or his employee, servant, or visitors.
6) That both parties involved in the agreement have decided to increase 10%
rent every year.
7) That on expiry of tenancy period of five years this agreement can be
extended/renewed by mutual consent of both parties for any further period
otherwise after this period the Tenant shall handover the vacant possession of
the said premises in the same condition as given to the Tenant at the time of
commencement of this Tenancy Agreement together with fixtures, fittings
and installations in good order and condition.
8) That breach of any of the above terms and conditions will tend to vacation of
the House by the Second Party without serving any kind of notice.
Now, therefore, this Tenancy Agreement has been drafted, read and understood by
both the parties and signed before the presents on the date, month and the year
mentioned above.
