CIPET is having valid accredit for all its activities like ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO/IEC - 17028, ISOMEC ~ 17020:2012 and the laboratory accreditation reorganization across the country for its testing and calibration from Bureau of Indian Standard (BIS) Department of Science and Technology (DST) Public Health and Family Welfare, etc. Ajmost all state and central government organization avail this CIPET services. Strength: Strength is defined as what each business does best in its gamut of operation which can give it and upper hand over its competitors. The following are the strengths of CIPET. * Recognition and certification of CIPET, under the Ministry of chemicals and petrochemicals. The Institution has gone through a detailed process and has been accredited with ISO 9001:2015, + Superior infrastructure such as well-equipped library, training, Centres, HRD centre, Hostels and research laboratories etc. + Proficient Faculty: The faculty is also national and international arena trained regularly to ensure that they are well informed about the current industry trends in their area of teaching Weaknesses: Used to refer to areas where the business or the brand needs improvement. + Excessive importance to the main campus CIPET gives more importance to IPT centres to their better placements, admission and more facilites. + Compare with govt fees structure is higher due to the unique infrastructure facility 24 [ec NTROLLED COPY Pp CENTRAL INSTITUTE OF PETROCHEMICALS | STATUS | No. | DATE ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY [REvIseD | 2 _ | 05/08/2022 a QUALITY MANUAL RE-4SSUE | 0 Section _| CONTEXT OF THE ORGANIZATION PAGE No. | 2 of2 ‘Subject Understanding the Need and Expectations of the interested parties { Prepared by: Approved by: [NaS 3 Bad Tg t AO (Training) D0 SD(ASI * Placement for level of Industry majority is Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME). * Comparing with the other traditional institutional where NBA accreditation or needed to maintain external pressure.
