1. Introduction
In today's digital age, individuals and organizations are increasingly concerned about
the security and privacy of their data. With the growing volume of sensitive
information stored on mobile devices, there is a pressing need for robust and user-
friendly data protection solutions. The proposed encrypted file manager/gallery app
addresses this critical need by providing a secure platform for storing, managing, and
accessing sensitive data. Acting as a secure hub for data management, this app
strives to go beyond traditional solutions, seamlessly merging security with an
exceptional user experience and charting a new course in the digital realm.

2. Motivation
The development of this encrypted file manager/gallery app is driven by several key
motivations:
i. Data Security: To protect sensitive data from unauthorized access,
theft, or loss.
ii. User Privacy: To empower individuals to maintain control over their

iii. Ease of Use: To provide a convenient and user-friendly interface for

Existing file manager and gallery apps often lack adequate encryption features,

 apps lack essential features such as file sorting, sharing, and favorites, making them
inconvenient to use.

encrypted file management. The scope of this project includes the development of
an encrypted file manager/gallery app for mobile devices. The app will support
