To zero the throttle position sensor (TPS) on an AiM engine control unit (ECU), briefly push the start button while holding the kill switch to start the TPS light flashing. Then twist the throttle twice and push the kill switch again to resume flashing. Finally, push the kill switch while fully twisting the throttle, which will cause the light to stop flashing and indicate the TPS has been zeroed.
