found it difficult to organise

So they started to

Do Dobereiner's triads also exist in the columns of Newlands’
Octaves? Compare and find out.
Only one triad of Dobereiner's triads exist in the columns of
Newlands’ octaves. The triad formed by the elements Li, Na, and K of
Dobereiner's triads occur in the columns of Newlands’ octaves.
Dobereiner's triads:

What are the limitations of Dobereiner's classification?
: Dobereiner could identify only three triads from the elements known
at that time. All the known elements could not be classified into groups
of triads on the basis of their properties, Hence, the method of
classification into triads was not found to be useful. This is the
drawback of Dobereiner’s classification.
What cre the limitations of Newlands' Law of Octaves?
+ Limitations of Newlands’ Law of Octaves are:
The Law of Octaves was found to be applicable upto calcium only, After
calcium, every eighth element did not have properties similar to that of
the first.
Newlands assumed that only 56 elements existed and that no new
element would be discovered in the future. Those elements that were
discovered after Newlands’ octaves did not follow the Law of Octaves.
In his table, Newlands placed Cobalt and Nickel in the same column as
Chlorine, Fluorine and Bromine, even though these elements do not have
similar properties.
Tron, which has properties similar to Nickel and Cobalt, has been placed
far away from these elements.
