Yard Under Land Pooling scheme In IT City is hereby alloted to you on the following terms and conditions:- 1 ‘The allotment is subject to the provisions of Punjab Regional and Town Planning and Development ‘Act. 1996, read with rules and regulations & polices framed there under ‘and as amended from time to time. ‘All payments shall be made by a Demand Draft drawn in favour of Estate Officer, GMADA.SAS Nagar Payment by cheque shall not be accepted.
