Body language plays an essential role in nonverbal communication between humans. It provides cues about people's feelings and emotions without using words. Some examples of body language cues include crossed arms, which can indicate being self-protective or defensive, and hands on hips, which can mean being ready, in control, or aggressive. Our whole body through movements and positions conveys messages about how we are feeling. However, body language interpretation depends on culture and context.
