West Borneo Bank (Bank Kalbar)

The West Kalimantan Regional Development Bank was established based on Regional
Regulation no. 1 of 1963 with the legal form of a Regional Company. The business license is
issued by the Minister of Central Bank Affairs/Governor of Bank Indonesia with Decree No.
44/63/Kep/MUBS/G dated 28 November 1963, the inauguration took place on 15 April 1964.

 Prospective Individual Debtor: The applicant's age at the time of applying for credit must
be at least 21 years or married.
 Prospective Debtors for Cooperatives, BPR/BPRS, microfinance institutions, non-bank
financial institutions and groups business (as a linkage institution)
 For individual entrepreneurs, credit applications must obtain approval from the
wife/husband concerned
 Additional collateral submitted by the debtor which contains risks must be carried out
coverage/insurance for the fair value of the assets.
 The estimated value of additional collateral compared to the minimum credit limit is
125% minimum CEV value of 70%
 Meanwhile additional collateral in the form of land, land/house, business premises is tied
to SKMHT up to a credit ceiling of Rp. 50,000,000,- (fifty million rupiah) while for the

 For goods used as additional collateral in the form of vehicles, they are bound by FEO
Notarial and registered with the Fiduciary Registration Office. All binding costs Payment
