Training : Four (4) hours relevant training

to June 2023
3. Photocopy of Authenticated Certificate of Eligibility/Rating/License; and
4. Photocopy of other documents such as Authenticated Diploma, Transcript of Records College/
Master's/ Doctor's (if there/s any).
