Recreational Facilities: The main Tourist Attraction is the Volcano, still
smoking from the 1973 eruption.
Good views of the spectacular Harbour and Entrance can be had by
climbing up into the surrounding hills. The commercial area, near the Docks,
is mainly taken up by the fishing industry. There are a few shops, a bank
and a post office. Prices are reported to be high.
There are some snack type bars. Beer is Banned! Spirits are available –
at a price.
