There is an increase in the violence occurring with children in the playgrounds. Parents
should play a crucial role in educating children to not act with violent reciprocity at bullies.
This essay agrees with this statement because violence is not the solution for conflicts,
moreover, this behavior can be harmful to their adulthood.

Violence is escalating in all aspects of our lives and when it is affecting children, it is the
future of our society that is in danger. It is fundamental that parents learn how to educate
their pupils using non-violent communication techniques in order to prepare them for the
interactions they will have with friends and colleagues at school. Moreover, they should
explain and demonstrate the types of inappropriate behaviors and words generally used at
bullies. Also, explain how children can detect, behave and look for help in these situations. It
is the responsibility of all society to prevent bullying.

When children suffer from bullying during their childhood and do not undergo therapy they
can grow up without enough self-confidence and even have feelings of self-hatred. These
aspects can lead to serious mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and
negatively affect their learning process. Therefore, their future is at risk.

In conclusion, violence is not the answer for dealing with bullying. Parents need to equip
their kids with tools for communicating better, for understanding the potential threats and for
behaving properly when in danger. Moreover, investing in therapy to develop emotional skills
is beneficial to deal with the challenge of growing up sanely.
