We can provide a full refund if your school signs up to a minimum of 10 customers within 30 days of your individual subscription being
purchased. Only one refund per school per subscription can be provided. To confirm the connection to the school, the individual customer
must be a named user on the School's Subscription. The refund must be requested by the individual customer and their receipt must be
provided. All refund requests are subject to review and Twinkl reserves the right to withdraw the refund offer at any time.
