Plate Title: Kitchen and Toilet & Bath Details

Release Date: Week 15
Submission Date: Week 16 (First hour of Meeting)

Materials:
• 15” x 20” plain white paper
• Technical pens (0.1, 0.3, 0.5 or 0.2, 0.4, 0.6)
• Drafting tools

Instructions:
1. Draft the title block on your 15” x 20” paper; see page 2.
2. Draft the following drawings applying proper architectural lettering, line type, line weight, dimensioning,
and architectural symbols. Apply learnings on Surface Development Methods, Orthographic Projection,
and Axonometric Projection. Use the photocopy of the previous assessments and see pages 3 and 4 as
your reference.
o Blow-up Plan
o Interior Elevations
o Isometric View
3. Use Scale 1:50 mts.
4. Use different points of technical pen to emphasize line weights in the plans and finalize the drawings.
5. Photocopy your finished output on scale 1:1.
6. Submit to your instructor within the given laboratory hours.

Instructions for submission:

IN-PERSON SUBMISSION (MANDATORY)
a. Students are required to submit their plates in-person to the instructor within their respective laboratory
hours for Architectural Visual Communication 1.
b. Late submissions will not be accepted.
