Claim Process:

• For cancellation refund, cardholder to visit ICICI Lombard website and enter required details.
• Claim reference number will be generated and sent to the customer’s registered mail ID and mobile number.
• Cardholder has to then upload the following documents:
• Claim Form available on the ICICI Bank Emeralde Credit Card website
• Claim Supporting document - Hotel booking confirmation document / travel ticket
• Claim Bill – Cancellation of booking /ticket indicating cancellation charges applicable.
• Cancelled cheque of saving account in which customer wishes to receive claim amount.

Monthly Membership Plan:

Annual Membership Plan:
