1) Coverage for ward admission only. No out

patient.

2) Refundable deposit to be paid by clients.

3) Waiting period for normal illness - minimum 4 months to 1 year

4) Any major illness for admission below 2 years (pay & claim)

5) Waiting period for Dengue - 30 days

6) Deductable amount RM300.00 Per Visit to be

paid by clients.

7) Deductable Amount RM300.00 is Waived.

8) Government Tax and Admin fees to be paid by clients.
