Subject : Request for installment for college fees.

Honourable sir,
I am writing to respectfully request your consideration for some installment for the payment
of my college fees for the academic year 2023-2024 at Vishwakarma Institute of Technology.
As a student I am pursuing a B.Tech in the Information Technology department.

I would like to bring to your attention that we are facing some financial challenges that make
it difficult for me to pay the entire semester's fees upfront.Due to unforeseen circumstances,
my family's financial situation has changed, and we are currently experiencing financial
constraints. Despite our best efforts, we are unable to secure the necessary funds to cover the
fees in a lump sum.
since we had applied for the educational loan although yet it has not been sanctioned.

The total fees of Rs.191354 is a very big amount for my family to pay it in one go.
We may pay the fees promptly as following installments:
1st Installment = 50000/-
2nd Installment = 50000/-
3rd Installment = 50000/-
4th Installment = 41354/-
The above arrangement will greatly help my family in managing the fees, allowing me to
continue my education without any interruption.We are committed to fulfilling all
financial obligations promptly and will comply with the necessary procedures.
My last year( i.e. F.Y.) result is as follows :
SGPA = 8.88 ; CGPA = 8.33
