Dear Sir,

Sub: Beautification, plantation at Land between plot and road to the Unit allotted
to us at Plot No.54_ODD_TYPE Sector B at Jambar Bagari

We understand the land which is kept intentionally to provide approach & passage to
factory workers and vehicles, we propose to carryout plantation & various activities for
beautification of above land which is between the plot allotted to us for setup of food
processing unit and road towards south east of our plot. As a first step to protect the plants
we need fencing which we have done. We propose/intend to adopt this land to beautify by
plantation of trees, grass growing, flowers, etc. so that it helps environment & betterment of
public, future employees and take care of the same in future too with our own expenses.

This will protect the land from dumping of garbage, industrial waste, accumulation waste
water etc. The fencing is necessary to protect the tree and flower plantations and grass
from the stray animals and to prevent from making the area dirty. We request to provide
your permission & provide your guidance in master plan if any

I am sure you would appreciate our endeavor making our industrial areas better place to
work allow us to do so to maintain cleanliness, greenery, and generation of fresh air in the
industrial area.

In case you already have a beautification plan, kindly share with us so that we can work on
it together.
