I, Robelyn G. Abayon, CADD Operator of PMRCIP PIV-CP2, would like to request your permission to
file for a 2-month leave starting November 21,2023 until January 22, 2024.

The reason of this request, is due to my upcoming Architect Licensure Exam (ALE) to be conducted
on January 19-21, 2024. I am currently enrolled at JPT review center for my review sessions in
preparation for my said licensure examination.

I am writing this letter of request as my courtesy in the management and my assurance to you that,
by January 22,2024, I will comeback as soon as my licensure examination is done. I hope you will
understand and consider my request as I need to focus on my review as my exam is approaching, and
I don’t want to affect my work performance due to lack of focus for both work and review.

I am assuring you that whatever will be the result of my examination I will come back at work based
on the date that I mentioned above.

Your preferential action and consideration on this matter is highly appreciated.
