Pork Adobo
Ingredients:
½ kg. pork, cut into cubes
¼ cup vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
3 pcs bay leaf
4 ½ tablespoon soy sauce
a pinch of salt to taste
1 teaspoon pepper
½ cup water

Cooking Procedures:
1. In a saucepan, put ½ kg. pork, ¼ cup vinegar, 2 cloves garlic, 3 pcs. bay leaf, 4 ½ soy sauce, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp. pepper.
2. Bring to a boil then simmer uncovered until pork is tender. If it dries up then add water.
3. Remove meat from sauce.
4. In a skillet, heat oil then sautê remaining garlic.
5. Add meat and fry until light brown. Add back to the sauce.
