 GENERAL INFORMATION

Handover date, quantity and price including accessories has to be confirmed before production start and latest 2 days after order receivement. Any changes has to be
communicated at the earliest possible. All measurements has to follow agreed measurement chart and be according to the tolerance of 5% variation of the measured
length. All garments are requested to be tested according to SGS and AZO restrictions and contents of the care label has to match each garment. For care labels in
general the 'Wear Group Care Label Manual' should be followed. All above will be considered your responsibility as supplier.
As supplier you are responsible for all above points to be followed exactly and deliver in time for agreed vessel. Correct and required packing is described in the
individual manuals and delivered quantity must not exceed ± 5%. If any kind of delay occurs due to above points not being respected you as supplier will be held
responsible and necessary actions will be taken.
Orders containing certified GOTS styles must all comply to the valid GOTS standard. The order is only valid if the Transaction Certificate is sent to Wear Group no longer
than 3 weeks after shipment.
