GUIDELINES FOR RECOMMENDING EXECUTIVE CLEMENCY, 200

REVISED MANUAL OF THE BOARD OF PARDONS AND PAROLE,


THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MUST BE SUBMITTED:
4.Certificate of Detention is issued to certify that a person has been or
had been detained at the Institution for a certain period.
The Jail Warden or his/her Authorized Representatives shall cause
the printing and issuance of the Certificate of Detention for the
concerned inmate, upon presentation of the official receipt issued by
the treasurer's office.
5.The Certificate of No Pending Administrative Case is being issued to the person to certify that
the he?she has no pending administrative case.

This is to certify that the person have no pending administrative or criminal case before any
court/authorized body. It further certifies that he/she has never been found guilty/convicted of any
administrative offense or crime.

*Certicicate of No Appeal- THIS CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE COURT THAT NO APPEAL OR ACTION
WAS FILED BY ANY PERSON ON THE SAID DECISION.

7. ENTRY OF JUDGMENT- Entry of judgment is a final recording of the decision and opinion, if the
court made one.

8. BUREAU OF CORRECTIONS CLEARANCE ON REHABILITATION TREATMENT PROGRAM AND


CERTIFICATION OF NO PENDING ADMINISTRATIVE OR CRIMINAL CASE

Coordination with BuCor concerned for the provision of adequate and up-to-date information to the
inmate.

Carpeta - refers to the institutional record of an inmate which consists of his mittimus or
commitment order issued by the Court after conviction, the prosecutor's information and the
decisions of the trial court and the appellate court, if any; certificate of non-appeal, certificate of
detention and other pertinent documents of the case.
