This Refund Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between [Dhif intermediacao de
negecios eireli-epp] (the “Sender”) and [___________________] (the “Receiver”).
WHEREAS, the sender will be executing a transaction to the Receiver in the amount fee of $[15,700]
(BTC) or (USDT);

WHEREAS, it is agreed between the parties that if the transaction fails within a period of 48 hours, a
full refund of the paid amount will be provided to the Receiver;

NOW, THEREFORE, the parties agree as follows:

1. Transaction Fee Details: The Receiver will be paying a sum of $[15,700] (BTC) or (USDT) to the
Sender for the Transaction].

2. Refund Conditions: The Sender is eligible for a full refund if any of the following conditions are
not met within 48 hours of the transaction:

a. Non-Delivery: The transaction is not delivered to the Receiver within the specified time frame or
as agreed upon.
b. Failure to Meet Specifications: The transaction fail to meet the agreed-upon specifications and
standards as communicated between the Sender and Receiver.

3. Refund Process: In the event that any of the conditions outlined in section 2 are met, the Sender
shall notify the Receiver in writing via email, providing detailed evidence of the failure within the
48-hour period.
4. Refund Amount and Method: Upon successful verification of the failure as stated in section 3,
the Sender agrees to refund the full amount paid by the Receiver, which is $[15,700](BTC) or
 (USDT) within [48 hours] using the same payment method originally used by the receiver during
the transaction.
5. Expiration of the Agreement: This Agreement shall expire automatically and become null and
void after the 48-hour period from the date of the transaction.
6. Entire Agreement: This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties
and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
7. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
