1. I, Aakarsh Goyal S/o Mr. Achal Goyal, R/o H.No. 126, Ward 8, Baniya Wara, Ballabgarh, Faridabad, Haryana,
121004, has been selected for B.Tech CSE programme in BML Munjal University (BMU) for the academic session
2023-2027, have received or downloaded a copy of the “The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace
(Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013” & “The UGC (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redress of
Sexual Harassment of Women Workers and Students in Higher Education Institutions) Regulation, 2015
(hereinafter called the “Regulations”), and have carefully read and fully understood the provisions contained
in the said Regulations.

2. I have perused relevant Regulations, and I am aware of what constitutes Sexual Harassment and the penal
and administrative actions that are liable to be taken against me in case, I am found guilty of abetting Sexual
Harassment, actively or passively, or being part of a conspiracy to promote Sexual Harassment.

3. I hereby solemnly affirm and undertake that

3.1 I will not indulge in any behavior or act that may be constituted as Sexual Harassment under
provisions of the UGC regulations.
3.2 I will not participate in or abet or propagate through any act of commission or omission that may be
constituted as Sexual Harassment under the provisions of the Regulations

4. I hereby affirm that, if found guilty of Sexual Harassment, I am liable for punishment, without prejudice to
any other criminal actions that may be taken against me under any penal law or any law for the time being in
force.
