Rules and regulations- e The format of the debate isconventional. e Participants must exclusively address the topics assigned to them; speaking on other motion will result in their disqualification e Motions once allotted, cannot be changed. e Per speaker time is 5 minutes(divided as 2 minutes For the motion,2 minutes against the motion and 1 min for concluding remarks),exceeding the time limit will lead to negative marking. A timer will be presented on the screen, and will start as soon as you start speaking.The participants will receive the first tap at 2 minutes, second tap at 4 minutes and the final tap will be given at 5 minutes. Participants are requested to announce their topic before they start speaking. The Debate is bilingual, i.e. participants are allowed to either speak in Hindi or English.
