An important part of the celebrations is the reading of the Preamble to the Constitution and reaffirming our commitment to upload its ideology informed by the Government vide reference cited. Therefore, all the District Animal Husbandry Officer's I/e District Administration in the State are instructed to take necessary action for mass reading of the preamble of the Constitution of India at 11 A.M on 26.11.2023 from their respective offices /locations and also instructed to take suitable action for organizing activities relating to the celebrations of Constitution Day, in a befitting and appropriate manner.
