    Case Number: 0869.
    I, Dallas Savoie, wish to request a review of the decision of the
    Director General at GTA District Office District made on
    20 June, 2023 .

    The reasons for my request for review are;


    It isn’t dissastisfaction with the lawyer.
    I believe as a Canadian Citizen I have the right to be represented fairly.
    This lawyer has not shown up to court, been late, has attempted to schedule a guilty plea
    when it was supposed to be a resolution meeting.
    I’m ex-military, a Canadian Citizen and I’m disgusted with this representation.
    How is legal aid ok paying for lawyers that don’t show up to do their jobs and leave clients until
    the last minute? not remembering or writing down any information, to then hold over a matter
    for months for no other reason than her not treating a legal aid certificate to the same standard
    as someone born into a rich family.
    I guess I should have been a lawyer and just not shown up for clients….there is no
    consequence from what this office has shown.

    I deserve better and so does anyone else relying on legal aid.
