Week 1 & Week 2 (~50 hours/week)

• Mental Dental YouTube Videos on 1.5x
o Sections to be completed: Periodontics, Pediatric, Endodontics, Orthodontics,
Prosthodontics, Oral Pathology, Pharmacology, Oral Medicine, Head & Neck Anatomy
(focus mainly on TMJ, muscles and nerve of the face and tongue), and Patient
Management)
o Slides can be downloaded and take good notes
• Anki deck from TheFrenchDentiste's INBDE for areas that require constant practice

- Week 3 & Week 4 (~50 hours/week)

• Golden File (~400 pages, 50 pages a day) and refer back to mental dental notes if needed,
highlight unsure questions to look back on
• ADA Code of Ethics
• Tuft’s Pharmacology

- Week 5 & Week 6 (if needed) (~50 hours/week)

• ADA’s released questions
• Review all weak subjects, study areas that were highlighted when reviewing Golden File
• IF subscribed to INBDE Bootcamp or other subscription, can use the last two weeks to go over
practice questions
