    GENERAL OBJECTIVE
    • Define tools that help reduce stress for students of the first level of parallel English
    G3 at the National University of Chimborazo through music therapy and thus
    improve both mental and physical health.

    Specific objectives:
    • Select a repertoire of therapeutic music suitable to reduce stress in students.
    • Establish protocols for the effective implementation of music therapy in educational
    settings.
    • Improve emotional communication in an adolescent with disorders or depressive
    episodes.
